Kuramathi Caves
Kuramathi Caves, located on the south side reef of Kuramathi, offer a fascinating dive experience. The topography features a slope starting at 5 meters and descending beyond 30 meters, with vibrant live table corals at the top and captivating caves along the slope. Divers can witness an array of marine life including sharks, rays, schools of reef fish, flatworms, and the rare leaf fish within the caves. Tunnels through the caves add an element of mystery, with sightings of lobsters and other crustaceans enhancing the adventure. Mild currents make it easier to explore the reef slope, and the table corals at 5 meters offer an excellent spot for safety stops, making this dive site a memorable experience.
