Himandhoo Thila
Himandhoo Thila, situated in North Ari Atoll, is a popular dive site in the Maldives known for its thrilling underwater landscapes and diverse marine life. This thila, which begins at around 10 meters and drops to 30 meters, features dramatic overhangs and swim-throughs adorned with vibrant hard and soft corals. Divers are often greeted by schools of blue-striped snapper, fusiliers, and barracudas, along with resident white-tip reef sharks patrolling the area. The site is also frequented by eagle rays and the occasional manta ray, adding to the excitement.
